Ms. Julia (founder, instructor) is excited to bring her creative movement based ballet classes to Beam & Barre. She has been teaching for more than a decade, instilling the love of movement and storytelling in dancers at young ages. Previous teaching experience includes Greenwich Dance Studio, Rockwell Dance Center, East Pointe Dance, and The Dance Pointe, among others. Ms. Julia has completed dance pedagogy courses at New York University and The Ailey School, and has trained with professionals at various studios in NYC, Los Angeles, and CT.
Anna Wroclawski is a ballet instructor from Westchester county. She currently teaches enrichment at Greenwich Reform Nursery School and Ballet at the JCC of Scarsdale. Growing up she attended the Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts and later performed with the Ballet Theater of Boston. Ms. Anna earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts at The Boston Conservatory where she majored in Dance and studied classical ballet and modern dance forms. When not dancing, Ms. Anna can be found playing women’s flag football in a competitive league.
Ms. Dina is excited to bring her passion for dance to children. She started ballet at the age of three and has been assisting and teaching since high school. She trained with The Ballet School of Stamford in Connecticut, and is currently part of the dance program at Sacred Heart University where she is studying nursing. She loves sharing the joy of ballet to younger dancers and hopes to inspire them, just like she was inspired.
Tamya Stevenson is overjoyed to share her love for dance with the Petite Ballet students. She has been teaching dance in upstate New York at Little Red Dance Studio since early high school and is a guest teacher at Trinity Performing Arts Studio. She is currently a part of the Complexions Ballet Academy and a company trainee at Ballet des Amériques. Teaching has been a passion for Tamya for years and is looking forward to passing on her knowledge and encouragement to young dancers.
